Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und arbeiten dabei eng mit externen Steuerberatern zusammen.
- Sie steuern das gesamte operative Tagesgeschäft der Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten) und stellen die Qualität der Buchungen in unserem ERP-System Sage sicher.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Reports, BWAs sowie Forecasts und leiten daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für die Geschäftsführung ab.
- Sie treiben aktiv die Digitalisierung und Optimierung der Finanzprozesse voran, insbesondere durch die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft rund um Sage.
- Sie agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Banken sowie Behörden und bearbeiten alle steuerlichen Meldungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) nach HGB mit.
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).
- Im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAGE) und MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sind Sie versiert.
- Sie überzeugen durch eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und bringen als kommunikativer Teamplayer die Bereitschaft mit, Prozesse aktiv zu optimieren.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
