Was erwartet dich?
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle im Kundendienst planst und koordinierst du die Einsätze unserer Servicetechniker:innen mit der Branchensoftware Labelwin.
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen kompetent am Telefon, per E-Mail sowie vor Ort und übernimmst den aktiven Verkauf von Ersatzteilen.
- Du erstellst eigenständig Angebote mit MS Office, verfolgst diese nach und begleitest die Aufträge von der Annahme bis zur erfolgreichen Abwicklung.
- Du sicherst die reibungslosen Abläufe, indem du die Materialbeschaffung organisierst und das Team bei der Vorbereitung der Rechnungsstellung unterstützt.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Heizungs- und Sanitärbranche oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Kundendienst-Organisation und mit einer Branchensoftware wie Labelwin gesammelt.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und du legst großen Wert auf Qualität und Service.
- Du überzeugst durch ein freundliches, professionelles und sicheres Auftreten im direkten Kontakt mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch.
