Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundendienstaufträge – von der Annahme und Koordination bis hin zur finalen Rechnungsstellung mit unserer Branchensoftware.
- Als erste Ansprechperson am Telefon nimmst du Kundenanliegen entgegen, koordinierst Termine für unser Techniker-Team und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf.
- Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und sorgst mit MS Office (insbesondere Outlook und Excel) dafür, dass im Büroalltag alles rund läuft.
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unseren SHK-Monteuren und der Geschäftsführung, um eine lückenlose Kommunikation zwischen Werkstatt, Büro und Kunde sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Kenntnisse aus der SHK-Branche oder der Kundendienst-Organisation mit.
- Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst am Telefon und persönlich stets freundlich sowie professionell mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du sicher und die Einarbeitung in neue Programme fällt dir leicht – Erfahrung mit der Branchensoftware Labelwin ist ein Plus.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf fließendem Niveau (C1) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
