Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie legen Pumpen und deren Komponenten aus, entwickeln und konstruieren diese unter Berücksichtigung der einschlägigen Normen und Richtlinien
- Sie übernehmen die hydraulische Auslegung von Pumpen für Abwasser, fäkalienhaltige Medien, Grauwasser und Spezialanwendungen
- Sie optimieren bestehende Systeme hinsichtlich Förderleistung, Effizienz, Verstopfungsresistenz und Geräuschentwicklung
- Sie koordinieren den Prototypenaufbau und interne Tests wie Dichtheitsprüfungen, Dauerlauf- und Medientests
- Sie arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen wie Produktion, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung mit
- Sie erstellen technische Dokumentationen wie Lastenhefte, Zeichnungen und Prüfberichte und arbeiten eng mit Service & Anwendungstechnik zur Integration von Kundenfeedback zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in Strömungsmaschinen, Hydraulik und Abwassertechnologie
- Sie besitzen vorhandene Kenntnisse im Bereich elektrische Antriebe und Erfahrung mit Pumpen für Hebeanlagen, Laufradtechnologien, Schneidwerkssystemen oder Feststoffförderung
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Systemen (z. B. SolidWorks) und haben Grundkenntnisse in Simulationstools (CFD, FEM)
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Konstruktion und Auslegung von Pumpen und der notwendigen Komponenten
- Sie denken analytisch, haben eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, arbeiten strukturiert und sind teamfähig mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
