Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Planung und Bauüberwachung anspruchsvoller Projekte in der Versorgungs- und Energietechnik, von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme.
- Sie steuern Ihre Projekte eigenständig auf der Baustelle und behalten dabei Termine, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards nach HOAI und VOB stets im Blick.
- Sie erstellen präzise Ausschreibungsunterlagen und fertigen detaillierte Planungsunterlagen sowie Fließschaltbilder mittels CAD an.
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Behörden begleiten Sie souverän technische Genehmigungsverfahren (z. B. nach BImSchG).

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium als Ingenieur oder Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Energie- und Versorgungstechnik.
- Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Bauleitung und Abrechnung von Projekten in der Versorgungstechnik mit.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office sowie CAD-Programmen und kennen sich mit der Erstellung von Ausschreibungen (VOB) aus.
- Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik (MSR) gesammelt.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
