Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Planung und Koordination der Montageeinsätze unserer Techniker und erstellst mit MS Office detaillierte Ablauf- und Einsatzpläne.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle stimmst du Termine und Anforderungen eng mit unseren Kunden, den Monteuren sowie externen Partnern wie Gerüstbauern ab.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass alle erforderlichen Arbeitsmittel, von Werkzeugen bis zu Hebebühnen, pünktlich vor Ort sind und stellst so einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
- Du bereitest die Baustelleninformationen auf und stellst sicher, dass unsere Monteure bestens gebrieft und mit allen Unterlagen für ihren Einsatz ausgestattet sind.

- Idealerweise verfügst du über eine handwerklich-technische Ausbildung (z.B. als
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst auch bei der Koordination mehrerer Termine und Einsätze stets den Überblick.
- Du kommunizierst klar und serviceorientiert mit Kunden, Monteuren sowie externen Partnern und findest immer den richtigen Ton.
- Ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du hast Freude daran, Dinge voranzutreiben.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
