- Sie übernehmen die Projektsteuerung durch eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Bau- und Rückbauprojekten über alle Phasen hinweg
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Ressourcenplanung, überwachen Termine, Kosten und den effizienten Einsatz von Personal und Spezialgeräten
- Sie führen vor Ort, koordinieren die Teams auf der Baustelle und stimmen sich mit externen Partner:innen und Behörden ab
- Sie stellen die Qualitäts- und Arbeitssicherheit sicher, indem Sie eine professionelle, sichere und wirtschaftliche Umsetzung unter Einhaltung aller Standards gewährleisten
- Sie entwickeln Lösungen, indem Sie technische und organisatorische Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen im Spezialrückbau erarbeiten

- Sie verfügen über 10 Jahre Praxis in der Bauleitung oder Projektleitung, idealerweise im Bereich Abbruch, Rückbau oder Erdbau
- Sie sind in der Lage, Teams zu motivieren, Aufgaben klar zu delegieren und sicher gegenüber Auftraggeber:innen aufzutreten
- Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert, behalten den Überblick in stressigen Phasen und handeln verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie sind bereit, bundesweite Projekte zu betreuen
- Sie besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
