- Du prüfst Anfragen auf ihre Eignung und entscheidest, welche Projekte für uns interessant sind
- Du kalkulierst Aufträge in der Gebäudeautomation technisch und kaufmännisch korrekt und ermittelst die realistischen Kosten
- Du holst Preisangebote von Lieferant:innen ein und wählst die passenden Partner:innen in Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf
- Du erstellst formal richtige Angebote, verfolgst diese aktiv und nutzt Chancen im Leistungsverzeichnis
- Du führst Projektverwaltungen, erstellst PÜ-Ordner und bereitest Projektübergaben vor
- Du arbeitest eng mit Projektleiter:innen zusammen, optimierst Kalkulationen und bringst deine Erfahrungen ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker (m/w/d) der Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder MSR-Technik
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Projektierung und Kalkulation von Gebäudeautomationsanlagen, idealerweise auch im Umgang mit Planungstools wie TRIC, wscad BA-Control, WEB PROJECT, EPLAN Preplanning
- Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und hast ein gutes Kostenbewusstsein
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programmen und in Kalkulationsprogrammen, z. B. Microsoft Dynamics oder Powerbird
- Du bist motiviert, dich kontinuierlich fachlich weiterzubilden und dein Wissen mit dem Team zu teilen
