Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Erzieher (m/w/d), Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in der Eingliederungshilfe, Behindertenhilfe oder in einem vergleichbaren Arbeitsfeld
- Sie besitzen Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude im Umgang mit psychisch kranken Menschen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Fach- und Sozialkompetenz aus
