Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie koordinieren und überwachen eigenverantwortlich nationale und internationale Montage- und Inbetriebnahmeprojekte vor Ort
- Sie planen und steuern die Baustellenabläufe in enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung, dem Engineering und den Kund:innen
- Sie koordinieren und leiten fachlich das Montagepersonal, Fremdfirmen und Subunternehmer auf der Baustelle (keine disziplinarische Personalverantwortung)
- Sie stellen die termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechte Ausführung der Montagearbeiten sicher
- Sie überwachen die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften, Qualitätsstandards (QA/QC) sowie projektspezifischen Anforderungen und stellen die Einhaltung aller Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltvorschriften (HSE) auf der Baustelle sicher
- Sie prüfen die Ausführung anhand technischer Zeichnungen, Montageunterlagen, Stücklisten und R&I-Fließschemata (P&IDs) und koordinieren die Schnittstellen zwischen Kund:innen, Lieferanten, Projektleitung und internen Fachabteilungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) oder ein Studium im Maschinenbau, der Verfahrenstechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Montageleitung, Baustellenkoordination, Inbetriebnahme oder im internationalen Anlagen- und Maschinenbau
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Koordination und fachlichen Anleitung von Montagepersonal, Fremdfirmen oder Subunternehmern
- Sie besitzen ein sicheres Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen, Montageunterlagen, Stücklisten sowie R&I-Fließschemata (P&IDs) und fundierte Kenntnisse mechanischer Anlagen
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert und haben ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick
- Sie treten souverän auf und verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten im internationalen Projektumfeld sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit (HSE) und die Einhaltung von Terminen
