Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest präzise Entwurfs- und Ausführungspläne für unsere Hochbauprojekte in 2D sowie 3D und setzt dabei vorrangig ArchiCAD ein.
- Du bringst deine entwurfsstarken Ideen von der ersten Skizze bis zur finalen Visualisierung ein und gestaltest anspruchsvolle Gebäude und Innenräume.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Bauherren, Behörden und weitere Planungsbeteiligte präsentierst du deine Entwürfe und klärst technische sowie gestalterische Details.
- Du übernimmst die Koordination der beteiligten Fachplaner, wie Statiker oder TGA-Spezialisten, und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss im Projektteam.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium und überzeugst mit deiner Entwurfsstärke, die du in einem aussagekräftigen Portfolio zeigst.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und zuverlässig, wobei du deine Projekte mit hohem Engagement und Flexibilität zum Erfolg führst.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit CAD-Software – idealerweise ArchiCAD (2D/3D) – und bringst gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Adobe-Programmen mit.
- Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch (Wort und Schrift) und trittst im Austausch mit Bauherren und Planungsbeteiligten professionell auf.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
