Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung für die Organisation und Überwachung unserer Bauprojekte direkt vor Ort.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den ausführenden Firmen, Fachingenieuren und weiteren Projektbeteiligten.
- Du bereitest Baubesprechungen vor, führst diese durch und sorgst für eine lückenlose Protokollierung der Ergebnisse.
- Du erstellst und pflegst die Terminpläne, überwachst deren Einhaltung und dokumentierst den Baufortschritt gewissenhaft im Bautagebuch.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung wirkst du bei der kaufmännischen Abwicklung mit, indem du beispielsweise Firmenrechnungen prüfst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet dein Fundament.
- Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrung in der Bau- oder Projektleitung sammeln.
- Mit deinem sicheren Auftreten kommunizierst du souverän mit Bauherren, Fachplanern und Handwerkern – Kenntnisse der VOB sind dabei von Vorteil.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung im Projektteam zu übernehmen, zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
