Regelmäßige Besuche der Baustellen zur Koordination und Überwachung der Bauprojekte.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung unserer anspruchsvollen Bauprojekte von der Planung bis zur finalen Übergabe.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen sowie Kosten sicher und sorgst durch eine vorausschauende Planung für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson führst Du das Projektteam und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit allen externen Partnern wie Bauherren, Fachplanern und Behörden.
- Du bist regelmäßig auf der Baustelle präsent, überwachst den Baufortschritt und verantwortest die fachgerechte Ausführung aller Arbeiten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet dein Fundament.
- Du bringst mind. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Projektabwicklung mit.
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deinem souveränen Auftreten steuerst du alle Projektbeteiligten – von Bauherren bis zu Behörden – sicher zum Ziel.
- Du denkst pragmatisch sowie lösungsorientiert und behältst dabei Qualität, Termine und Kosten stets im Blick.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Projekt bringst du verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
