Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Behandlung von logopädischen Störungsbildern bei Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen – von der Diagnostik bis zur individuellen Therapieplanung.
- Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Therapiepläne, dokumentierst Behandlungsverläufe sorgfältig und sicherst so nachhaltig die Qualität deiner Arbeit.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und Familien entwickelst du ganzheitliche Behandlungskonzepte und stimmst Therapieziele gemeinsam ab.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson berätst und begleitest du Patient:innen sowie deren Angehörige professionell und empathisch während des gesamten Therapieprozesses.

- Echte 40 Stunden (Max. 40 Therapien): Während man anderswo durch unbezahlte Vorbereitung schnell bei 50 Stunden landet, gilt bei uns: Vollzeit heißt maximal 40 Therapien. Deine Arbeitszeit bleibt planbar und realistisch.
- Überdurchschnittliches Gehalt: 3.800,00 € – 4.400,00 € pro Monat (Top 10% der Praxen in Deutschland) (bei Vollzeit) / Teilzeit entsprechend angepasst

- Bezahlte Teamsitzung: Austausch auf Augenhöhe, der voll als Arbeitszeit zählt.

- Für die Dokumentation und den Austausch mit Familien und Ärzt:innen bringst du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
