- Buchhaltung & Finanzen:
- Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Betreuung der laufenden Buchhaltung für die Praxis und das MVZ
- Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Bilanzen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerberatung
- Rechnungs-, Zahlungs- und Mahnwesen sowie Monitoring betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen (Controlling)
- Immobilienmanagement & Portfolioentwicklung:
- Kaufmännische Betreuung des bestehenden Immobilienportfolios (vermietete Einheiten)
- Mitwirkung bei der kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Bau- und Erweiterungsprojekten
- Schnittstelle & Prozessoptimierung:
- Entlastung der Geschäftsführung in operativen und administrativen Belangen
- Mitgestaltung und Digitalisierung kaufmännischer Prozesse zur Beschleunigung des weiteren Unternehmungswachstums
- Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen im Bereich Steuer- und Finanzoptimierung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte/r, Bilanzbuchhalter/in, Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) oder ein relevantes Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzmanagement).
- Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung, Bilanzen, Steuerfragen sowie Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Immobilienobjekten.
- Vorkenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen (Praxis, MVZ, Heilberufe) sind von Vorteil, aber kein MUSS.
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlenaffinität und Organisationstalent.
- Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und die Freude daran, Strukturen aktiv mitaufzubauen und mitzugestalten.
