Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst Deinen festen Mandantenstamm eigenverantwortlich in allen steuerlichen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Belangen und bist dabei ihre erste Ansprechperson.
- Du erstellst anspruchsvolle Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen verschiedener Rechtsformen sowie für Privatpersonen.
- Du identifizierst proaktiv steuerliche Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst individuelle Gestaltungsstrategien für Deine Mandant:innen.
- Du begleitest die digitale Transformation bei Deinen Mandant:innen und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen Kanzleiprozesse mit.

- Du hast dein Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und bist motiviert, dein Wissen stetig zu vertiefen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst, gepaart mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung.
- Du brennst für die Mandantenberatung und siehst dich als Partner:in auf Augenhöhe, nicht als reine:r Sachbearbeiter:in.
- Du bist digital affin und hast Spaß daran, moderne Kanzleiprozesse mitzugestalten.
- Für die professionelle Mandantenkommunikation bringst du verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
