Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung für einen festen Mandantenstamm und agierst als deren erste Ansprechperson.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Steuerberater:innen wirkst Du aktiv bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und betrieblichen Steuererklärungen mit.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Rechtsbehelfen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle pflegst Du die Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern sowie Sozialversicherungsträgern und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung aus einer Kanzlei mit.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und schätzt den Austausch mit Mandant:innen und Kolleg:innen.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
