Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Endmontage von Fahrrädern sowie E-Bikes und bereitest sie für die Übergabe an unsere Kund:innen vor.
- Du führst präzise Fehlerdiagnosen an Kundenrädern durch und setzt diese eigenständig instand – von der Schaltung bis zur Bremse.
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige Durchführung von Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten, um die Sicherheit und Langlebigkeit der Fahrräder zu gewährleisten.
- Bei der finalen Qualitätskontrolle stellst Du sicher, dass jedes Rad unsere Werkstatt in einem einwandfreien Zustand verlässt.
- Als Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen nimmst Du Reparaturen an, gibst fertige Räder aus und berätst kompetent bei technischen Fragen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zweiradmechaniker, Fahrradmonteur oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf – alternativ bist du ein erfahrener Quereinsteiger im Neuradaufbau.
- Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick und ein gutes technisches Verständnis für Fahrräder und E-Bikes mit, egal ob es um Montage oder Reparatur geht.
- Qualität ist dir wichtig: Du arbeitest sorgfältig und hast ein geschultes Auge für Details, damit unsere Kund:innen sicher unterwegs sind.
- Als Teamplayer packst du gerne mit an und begegnest unseren Kund:innen stets freundlich und serviceorientiert.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich problemlos mit dem Team und den Kund:innen austauschen zu können.
