Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Elternzeitvertretung bis zum 31. Dezember 2027 einen kaufmännischen Sachbearbeiter in der Vertragsabwicklung (m/w/d).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist eigenverantwortlich für die Vertragsabwicklung, inklusive der Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen
- Du wirkst bei Anteilsvermittlungen mit
- Du betreust Kund:innen und stimmst dich mit Treuhandgesellschaften ab
- Du arbeitest bei internen Projekten mit, pflegst Daten und beobachtest den Markt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich (z.B. Bankkaufmann/-frau, Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/r) und bringst idealerweise ab 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft und Lösungsorientierung
- Du trittst professionell auf und hast eine starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Du besitzt gute EDV-Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
