Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und steuerst proaktiv alle Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen für unser Immobilienportfolio, um dessen Wert und Sicherheit langfristig zu gewährleisten.
- Du holst Angebote von externen Dienstleistern ein, prüfst diese sorgfältig und übernimmst die gesamte Koordination – von der Beauftragung bis zur finalen Rechnungsfreigabe.
- Als erste Ansprechperson vor Ort überwachst Du die Ausführung der Arbeiten, führst regelmäßige Objektbegehungen durch und stellst so unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards sicher.
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Mietern, Eigentümern und Handwerkern und sorgst durch deine klare Kommunikation für einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller Projekte.
- Du dokumentierst alle Vorgänge und Maßnahmen sorgfältig in unseren Systemen und erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte für die Hausverwaltung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst ein gutes handwerkliches Verständnis mit.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbetreuung oder einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig und gut organisiert, außerdem zeigst du ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um unsere Objekte vor Ort betreuen zu können.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1), um dich sicher mit Dienstleistern und Partnern abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
