- Du unterstützt unsere Teams bei der Steigerung der Effizienz in den Bereichen Kampagnenidee, -erstellung und -analyse, indem du die richtigen KI-Tools identifizierst und in bestehende Arbeitsabläufe integrierst
- Du treibst die KI-Transformation rund um unsere Online-Shops und Vertriebsplattformen voran und nimmst die beteiligten Organisationen dabei mit
- Du berätst bei der Nutzung von KI zur Steigerung der Personalisierung und Effektivität in Kampagnen und Vertriebsinitiativen
- Du fungierst als Lead für unsere internen Tools, indem du klare, hochwertige Geschäftsanforderungen definierst, die von den Entwicklungsteams in unserer Kerninfrastruktur umgesetzt werden
- Du erstellst funktionale Prototypen von KI-basierten Prozessen unter Verwendung interner/externer Tools und Natural Language Coding, um Konzepte zu beweisen und Anforderungen zu validieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der digitalen Transformation, Marketing-Technologie oder Entwicklung, mit einem klaren Fokus auf KI-Implementierung
- Du berätst nicht nur; du baust. Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit „Vibe Coding“, Rapid Prototyping und dem tiefen Eintauchen in KI-Tools, um zu sehen, was in der Praxis funktioniert
- Du bist ein natürlicher Vermittler, der seinen Erfolg darin findet, anderen zum Erfolg zu verhelfen. Du kannst komplexe KI-Logik nicht-technischen Kolleg:innen mit Leichtigkeit erklären
- Du besitzt die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, geschäftliche Anforderungen in präzise technische Vorgaben für externe Entwicklungsteams zu übersetzen
- Du verfügst über fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch oder andere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
