Regelmäßige Einsätze in den Einrichtungen des Clusters in Hessen
Deine Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest das gesamte Qualitätsmanagement für die Pflegeeinrichtungen Deines Clusters in Hessen und bist regelmäßig vor Ort, um die Standards sicherzustellen
- Du planst und begleitest interne Audits sowie externe Qualitätsprüfungen (z. B. durch den MD) und leitest daraus nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du implementierst zentrale Qualitätsstandards sowie die Expertenstandards und stellst eine rechtskonforme Pflegedokumentation nach dem Strukturmodell sicher
- Als Fachexpert:in leitest Du Leitungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitende an und stärkst die Qualitätskompetenz im Team durch gezielte Schulungen und Qualitätszirkel
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Regionalleitung und dem zentralen QM-Team entwickelst Du das QM-System weiter und bearbeitest zentrale Qualitätsabweichungen

Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement mit, idealerweise in der Pflege
- Deine Expertise zeigst Du durch eine Weiterbildung zum QMB und fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Es macht Dir Freude, Mitarbeitende fachlich anzuleiten und Dein Wissen in Schulungen weiterzugeben
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office sowie digitalen QM-Systemen und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B für die Besuche der Standorte
