Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie richten Schweißanlagen nach Vorgabe eigenständig ein und bereiten Bauteile sowie Schweißnähte sorgfältig für den Fertigungsprozess vor
- Anhand technischer Zeichnungen fügen Sie einzelne Bauteile zu präzisen Schweißkonstruktionen zusammen und wenden dabei gängige Schweißverfahren sicher an
- Sie übernehmen die Nachbearbeitung der Schweißkonstruktionen, einschließlich Richten und Verputzen, um eine einwandfreie Oberflächenqualität sicherzustellen
- Durch regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen Ihrer Arbeit stellen Sie die Maßhaltigkeit der gefertigten Teile und die Einhaltung unserer hohen Standards sicher
- In enger Abstimmung mit Ihrem Team tragen Sie zur termingerechten Fertigstellung der Projekte bei und unterstützen bei allgemeinen Werkstattarbeiten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriemechaniker:in, Konstruktionsmechaniker:in oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie verfügen über ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sie haben idealerweise Qualifikationen im Bereich Kran- und Staplerbedienung sowie gültige Schweißerzertifikate
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sie sind bereit zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb und sind körperlich belastbar

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
