- Du betreust und entwickelst unsere IT-Infrastruktur sowie die eingesetzte Hard- und Software weiter
- Du betreust unsere Anwender:innen ganzheitlich bei technischen Fragen und Problemen – vor Ort, telefonisch und remote
- Du analysierst, bearbeitest und dokumentierst Störungen und Serviceanfragen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und administrierst Clients, Betriebssysteme und Anwendungen
- Du planst und führst Software-Rollouts sowie Patch- und Updatemanagement durch
- Du entwickelst, passt an und pflegst Anwendungen, Skripte und Automatisierungslösungen unter Einsatz von Python, JavaScript und Low-Code-Technologien
- Du arbeitest bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung individueller IT-Lösungen mit
- Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich IT/Systemtechnik
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Support, Systemadministration oder einer vergleichbaren IT-Position
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Systemen und gängigen Anwendungen
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse bzw. praktische Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit Python und JavaScript sowie Interesse an der Entwicklung von Lösungen mit Low-Code-Plattformen
- Du hast Freude daran, eigene Anwendungen und Automatisierungslösungen zu entwickeln und bestehende Prozesse und Systeme kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du denkst analytisch und lösungsorientiert und hast Interesse an der Optimierung und Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Kontaktfreude und hohe Serviceorientierung
