Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich die Ausführungs- und Detailplanung (LPH 5) für unsere gewerblichen Immobilienprojekte im Bestand und setzt diese mit AutoCAD oder Revit präzise um.
- Du entwickelst durchdachte technische Lösungen und Details, um anspruchsvolle architektonische Konzepte baulich realisierbar zu machen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst Du die beteiligten Fachplaner und stimmst Dich eng mit Bauherren, Behörden und ausführenden Firmen ab.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie bei der Vergabe von Bauleistungen mit.
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Planungsstandards, Terminen und Qualitätsvorgaben und sicherst so den reibungslosen Projektablauf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung gewerblicher Immobilien mit, insbesondere im Bauen im Bestand
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Ausführungsplanung (LPH 5)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen wie AutoCAD oder Revit
- Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich im Team und mit Partnern reibungslos abzustimmen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
