Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und führst eigenverantwortlich anspruchsvolle Projekte der Straßen- und Verkehrsanlagenplanung, wie Radwegenetze, Kreisstraßen, Ortsdurchfahrten, städtische Verkehrsräume, Mobilitätskonzepte
- Du steuerst ganzheitlich Deiner Projekte über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI – von der ersten Idee und Planung bis zur Umsetzung und Betreuung
- Du erkennst frühzeitig Projektrisiken entwickelst fundierte Lösungen auch bei komplexen Aufgabenstellungen
- Du kommunizierst souverän mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und weiteren Projektpartnern
- Du nutzt moderne CAD- und Fachsoftware (z. B. BricsCAD, VESTRA) sowie digitale Arbeitsmethoden zur Weiterentwicklung Deines Bereichs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) und bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Tief-, Straßenbau oder in der Verkehrsanlagenplanung mit
- Du planst komplexe Projekte im Verkehrs- und Städtebau souverän sowie nachhaltig und bist sicher in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI
- Im Umgang mit gängiger CAD-Software und digitalen Planungsprozessen bist du versiert und hast Freude daran, diese weiterzuentwickeln
- Als Person überzeugst du mit Pragmatismus, fachlicher Exzellenz und einer gelassenen Art, auch wenn es mal hoch hergeht
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung mit allen Projektpartnern sprichst du verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
