- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die organisatorische und disziplinarische Führung des Elektroplanungsteams
- Du stellst eine effiziente Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung sicher
- Du entwickelst Strukturen, Rollen und Arbeitsweisen und standardisierst sowie optimierst die Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der Elektroplanung
- Du entwickelst einen unternehmensweiten Designstandard für elektrische Ausrüstung und Schaltpläne und koordinierst sowie überwachst die Schaltplanerstellung und zugehörige Dokumentation
- Du führst CAE-Systeme wie Engineering Base oder EPLAN ein und entwickelst diese weiter, während du die Stammdaten- und Dokumentationssicherheit sicherstellst
- Du arbeitest mit Automatisierung, Verfahrenstechnik, Mechanik und Montage zusammen und wählst sowie qualifizierst elektrotechnische Komponenten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Elektrotechnik oder einer verwandten technischen Disziplin
- Du bringst mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Elektrokonstruktion mit und kennst die relevanten Normen (DIN/VDE/IEC)
- Du hast Erfahrung mit modernen CAE-Tools wie Engineering Base oder EPLAN und im Aufbau sowie in der Pflege von Bibliotheken und Artikelstämmen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Koordination und dem Review von Schaltplanerstellungen und verfügst über Projektmanagement-Know-how
- Du besitzt Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau B2 und eine ausgeprägte Führungspersönlichkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, qualitätsorientiert und pragmatisch, bist teamfähig und bewegst dich sicher an Schnittstellen, während du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mitbringst

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
