Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen und überwachen Baumaßnahmen im städtischen Kanalnetz und erstellen die zugehörigen Ausschreibungen mithilfe von CAD- und AVA-Software.
- Sie entwickeln die bestehenden Kanalsanierungskonzepte strategisch weiter, um die Infrastruktur der Stadt zukunftssicher zu gestalten.
- Sie steuern die Vergabe von Ingenieur- und Gutachterleistungen, von der Angebotseinholung über die Vertragsabwicklung bis zur Abrechnung nach HOAI und VOB.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Fachabteilungen, externen Ingenieurbüros und Baufirmen zusammen, um Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Fachrichtung Tiefbau) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet Ihre Basis.
- Sie bringen erste Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von CAD- und Ausschreibungsprogrammen sowie im Umgang mit der HOAI und VOB mit.
- Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Planung oder Überwachung von Tiefbauprojekten sammeln – dies ist jedoch kein Muss.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und Sie haben Freude daran, sich mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen abzustimmen.
- Für Termine vor Ort besitzen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B und die Bereitschaft, Ihren privaten PKW dienstlich zu nutzen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau) runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
