- Du verstehst und priorisierst: Du leitest aus Daten und direktem Community-Feedback ab, welche Probleme du innerhalb unseres strategischen Rahmens als Nächstes angehst
- Du gestaltest und entwickelst: Du übersetzt Nutzerprobleme in durchdachte Feature-Konzepte, definierst Ziele, Funktionsweise und Umfang ebenso wie UX/UI. Du setzt deine Lösungen technisch um und integrierst sie in unsere bestehende Codebasis, nutzt KI-Tools gezielt und kannst den entstehenden Code verstehen, beurteilen und weiterentwickeln
- Du sicherst die Qualität: Du sicherst die Qualität deiner Features mit automatisierten und teilautomatisierten Test-Tools und holst dir bei Bedarf fachliche Unterstützung
- Du veröffentlichst und verbesserst: Du bringst nutzbare Versionen live, beobachtest ihre Wirkung und entwickelst sie technisch und funktional weiter
- Du arbeitest zusammen und teilst Wissen: Du stimmst dich mit deinem Team, der Geschäftsführung und relevanten Stakeholdern ab und dokumentierst Entscheidungen und Learnings

- Du hast Erfahrung: Du hast Features bereits über Produktmanagement, Design, eigene Softwareentwicklung und QA hinweg verantwortet. Du musst nicht überall gleich stark sein; entscheidend ist praktische Erfahrung über alle vier Bereiche
- Du beherrschst Technik und KI: Du beherrschst mindestens eine moderne Programmiersprache, hast Web-Anwendungen bzw. APIs gebaut und betrieben und nutzt KI-gestützte Coding-Tools im Alltag. Java, Spring Boot, Svelte, React und TypeScript sind ein Plus
- Du verstehst Produkt und UX: Du verstehst Nutzerprobleme, entwickelst gut bedienbare Lösungen und begründest Entscheidungen mit Feedback und Daten
- Du arbeitest eigenständig: Du holst dir gezielt Unterstützung und kommunizierst Entscheidungen und Zielkonflikte klar dem Team gegenüber

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
