Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen und führen eigenständig risikobasierte Prüfungen unserer Geschäftsprozesse und Kontrollsysteme im Bankwesen durch, um deren Sicherheit und Effizienz zu gewährleisten.
- Sie analysieren bestehende Arbeitsabläufe, decken Optimierungspotenziale auf und leiten daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab, die Sie in aussagekräftigen Prüfungsberichten aufbereiten.
- Als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in beraten Sie die Fachbereiche proaktiv bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen und in allen Fragen rund um die interne Revision.
- Sie begleiten externe Prüfungen, z.B. durch die Aufsicht oder Wirtschaftsprüfer, und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle für alle relevanten Anfragen.
- Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Revisionsmethodik sowie an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit und bringen Ihre Expertise zur Prozessverbesserung ein.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Bankfachwirt:in, Sparkassenfachwirt:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bankwesen.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste praktische Erfahrung aus der internen oder externen Revision mit.
- Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten analytischen Denkweise und Ihrem Prozessverständnis durchdringen Sie komplexe Sachverhalte schnell und sicher.
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich sowie strukturiert und können Ihre Prüfungsergebnisse adressatengerecht aufbereiten und präsentieren.
- Für den Austausch im Team und mit den Fachbereichen kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
