Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und bearbeiten präzise CAD-Zeichnungen und 3D-Modelle für unsere Bau- und Vermessungsprojekte mit AutoCAD und Revit.
- Als Grundlage dafür werten Sie bestehende Gebäude- und Lagepläne sowie Vermessungsdaten sorgfältig aus.
- In enger Abstimmung mit unseren Vermessungsingenieuren und Architekten überführen Sie die Daten in das digitale Raum- und Gebäudebuch.
- Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Zeichnungen den geltenden verwaltungsrechtlichen Vorschriften, Normen und internen Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Vermessungstechnik, Geoinformatik, als Bauzeichner:in oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation in der Tasche.
- Sie bringen erste praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Software (idealerweise AutoCAD oder Revit) und in der Verarbeitung von Vermessungsdaten mit.
- Die Erstellung von 3D-Modellen geht Ihnen gut von der Hand und Sie haben ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen.
- Eine präzise, sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C2-Niveau), um sich reibungslos im Team und mit Behörden abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
