Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und personell das Team Antriebstechnik und Steuerung und förderst dabei eine motivierende und angenehme Arbeitskultur
- Du leitest interessante und zukunftsweisende Projekte, inklusive der Planung, Entwicklung und Optimierung von elektrischen Steuerungen und Automatisierungslösungen für firmeneigene sowie kundenspezifische Pumpen- und Antriebssysteme
- Du übernimmst die Schnittstellenfunktion zur Koordinierung aller internen und externen Abläufe und Anforderungen, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicherzustellen
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Schaltplänen, Stromlaufplänen und technischen Dokumentationen
- Du analysierst und behebst Fehler bei elektrotechnischen Problemen im engen Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen und unseren internationalen Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik oder eine Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation einschließlich mehrjähriger Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in Mess-, Steuer- & Regeltechnik, beispielsweise für Motoren
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, empathisch und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und bereit, dich in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren (z.B. EMV, CE) und Programmierung (z.B. in C++, CODESYS oder vergleichbar)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
