Was erwartet dich?
- Du gehst technischen und elektronischen Problemen auf den Grund, indem du mithilfe moderner Diagnosesysteme eigenständig Fehleranalysen an Pkw durchführst.
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Motoren, Fahrwerken sowie der gesamten Fahrzeugelektronik durch.
- Du übernimmst spezialisierte Aufgaben wie die Wartung von Klimaanlagen und die Durchführung präziser Achsvermessungen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinen Werkstatt-Kolleg:innen stellst du eine hohe Servicequalität sicher und sorgst für zufriedene Kund:innen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d).
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung mit und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der Fehlerdiagnose, Fahrzeugelektronik und Motorentechnik.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie zuverlässig und überzeugst mit deinem handwerklichen Geschick.
- Die Arbeit im Team und deine Leidenschaft für Technik motivieren dich jeden Tag.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1), um dich reibungslos mit Kolleg:innen und Kundschaft auszutauschen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
