Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kolleg:innen und löst im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support technische Probleme rund um Hard- und Software – per Ticketsystem, Telefon oder direkt vor Ort.
- Du administrierst und wartest unsere IT-Infrastruktur, insbesondere die Windows-Serverlandschaft (z.B. Exchange, Fileserver) sowie unsere Netzwerkkomponenten und Telefonanlagen.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Services mit, unterstützt bei IT-Projekten wie System-Rollouts und bringst eigene Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung ein.
- Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, verwaltest das IT-Inventar und teilst dein Wissen, indem du Anleitungen und Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden konzipierst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der IT-Administration mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken sowie in der Server- und Desktop-Administration
- Du hast idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Microsoft (AZ-900, SC-900, MS-900), Cisco (CCNA) oder ITIL 4 Foundation
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert mit hoher Serviceorientierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
