Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Produktionsleitung und Überwachung, indem du die Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung der Produktionsmengen, Qualität und Effizienz der Main Line (Ofen, Linie, Verpackung, Silo, Pendel, Binder) trägst
- Du führst und motivierst ein Team von 15-25 Mitarbeitenden und führst Schulungen und Unterweisungen zu Arbeitssicherheit und Produktionsprozessen durch
- Du überwachst und steuerst die Produktionsparameter, koordinierst den Personaleinsatz und optimierst die Produktionsabläufe
- Du setzt Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards in der Main Line um und stellst deren Einhaltung sicher
- Du berichtest regelmäßig an die Produktionsleitung zur Schichtleistung und Produktionskennzahlen
- Du arbeitest im Team, nimmst an Qualitätszirkeln und KVP-Arbeitsgruppen teil und arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Instandhaltung und Qualitätssicherung zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. als Meister oder Techniker) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Produktionsteams mit, idealerweise im Schichtbetrieb.
- Du kennst dich bestens mit den Themen Arbeitssicherheit und Prozessoptimierung aus.
- Als motivierende Führungskraft gehst du lösungsorientiert voran, kannst dein Team begeistern und bleibst auch in stressigen Phasen souverän.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mind. B2) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
