Was erwartet dich?
- Du bedienst und überwachst eigenständig die Produktionsanlagen in unserer Briketthalle und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Mithilfe von Flurförderfahrzeugen und Baumaschinen stellst Du die Materialversorgung der Anlagen sicher und transportierst die fertigen Produkte.
- Du übernimmst die laufende Qualitäts- und Prozesskontrolle direkt an der Maschine, dokumentierst Produktionsdaten und meldest eventuelle Abweichungen.
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich kleinere Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten durch, um die ständige Einsatzbereitschaft der Maschinen zu gewährleisten.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Deinem Team wirkst Du bei Produkttests mit und bringst Deine Beobachtungen zur Prozessverbesserung ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung
- Du bist befähigt, Flurförderfahrzeuge und Baumaschinen zu fahren, oder bist bereit, diese Fähigkeit intern zu erwerben
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Du bist teamfähig, flexibel und bereit, im 2-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2) und wünschenswerterweise Englischkenntnisse
