Was erwartet dich?
- Als erste Anlaufstelle für deine Kolleg:innen löst du IT-Anfragen im First- und Second-Level-Support (Incidents & Service Requests).
- Du unterstützt das Team aktiv bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft 365-Landschaft, inklusive Azure und Intune.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware wie Notebooks, iPhones und iPads für neue Teammitglieder.
- Du wirkst bei der Softwareverteilung mit und hilfst bei der Pflege sowie Aktualisierung unserer Softwarepakete.
- Damit dein Wissen im Team bleibt, dokumentierst du IT-Prozesse und erstellst verständliche Anleitungen für unsere User.
- Du bringst deine Ideen in spannenden IT-Projekten ein, zum Beispiel bei der Einführung neuer Tools oder der Optimierung bestehender Systemlandschaften.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bist idealerweise für 12–20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Windows oder der Microsoft-365-Umgebung sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung – deine Lernbereitschaft zählt mehr.
- Du bringst eine hohe technische Neugier, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Motivation mit, schnell Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Mit deinem Teamgeist und deiner Hands-on-Mentalität hast du Spaß daran, im IT-Support anzupacken und Lösungen zu finden.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um deine Kolleg:innen und unsere Anwender:innen bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
