Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und überwachst eigenständig den gesamten Druckprozess an unseren modernen Heidelberg- und KOMORI-Offsetdruckmaschinen.
- Dabei stellst du die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards sicher und sorgst für eine exakte Farbwiedergabe bei jedem Auftrag.
- Du übernimmst die regelmäßige Wartung, Reinigung und Pflege der Druckmaschinen, um einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf zu gewährleisten.
- In Abstimmung mit der Druckvorstufe richtest du die Maschinen für neue Aufträge ein und führst erste Andrucke zur Freigabe durch.
- Du arbeitest eng im Team mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen, um drucktechnische Herausforderungen gemeinsam zu meistern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medientechnologe/-in Druck und bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Offsetdruck mit.
- Ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein geschultes Auge für Farben sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist ein echter Teamplayer und hast Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen zu meistern.
- Die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
