Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst präzise GFK-Bauteile her, übernimmst deren Beschichtung sowie Reparatur und sicherst so die erstklassige Qualität unserer Produkte.
- Du gewährleistest einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz, indem du gewissenhaft mit Chemikalien sowie Harzen umgehst und alle Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien einhältst.
- Du sicherst die Nachverfolgbarkeit unserer Prozesse, indem du alle Produktionsschritte und Materialverbräuche sorgfältig dokumentierst.
- Du stellst die Einsatzbereitschaft deines Arbeitsplatzes sicher, indem du eigenständig Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an Maschinen und Werkzeugen durchführst.
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus der Produktion und der Qualitätssicherung zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe zu garantieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Bootsbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung von glasfaserverstärkten Kunststoffen (GFK) mit, sei es im Laminieren, Beschichten oder Reparieren.
- Eine sorgfältige, eigenständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, der zuverlässig ist und auch bei Routineaufgaben den Überblick behält.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
