Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung eines Logistikteams mit, idealerweise mit mehr als 5 Mitarbeitenden.
- Im Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen, beispielsweise zur Lagerverwaltung, sind Sie sicher und routiniert.
- Als motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit zeichnen Sie sich durch Ihre hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und eine offene Kommunikation aus.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die reibungslose Team- und Schnittstellenkommunikation sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
