Neben der Betreuung aus dem Büro oder Homeoffice bist du regelmäßig bei unseren Kunden vor Ort im Einsatz. Ein eigener Firmenwagen bringt dich dabei entspannt zu deinen Terminen in der Region.
Was erwartet dich?
- Planung, Einrichtung und Betrieb von Routern, bevorzugt LANCOM
- Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Switches, inklusive VLAN-Segmentierung
- Administration von Firewalls (Securepoint, Sophos, Fortinet)
- Aufbau und Betreuung von WLAN-Umgebungen, bevorzugt UniFi
- Einrichtung und Pflege von Routing und Standortvernetzung (VPN)
- Störungsanalyse und -behebung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level
- Überwachung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur per RMM (ninjaOne)
- Dokumentation der Kundennetzwerke
- Beratung der Kunden bei Erweiterung und Modernisierung ihrer Netzwerke

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Tasche.
- Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen mit.
- In den Bereichen VLAN, Routing, VPN und Firewalling macht dir so schnell keiner etwas vor und du kennst dich mit gängigen Routern sowie WLAN-Komponenten aus.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst analytisch bei der Fehlersuche und kommunizierst klar und serviceorientiert mit unseren Kunden.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein Führerschein der Klasse B für Einsätze vor Ort runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
