Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest unsere orthopädischen Patient:innen während ihres Reha-Aufenthalts und bist ihre wichtigste Ansprechperson
- Du stellst die Behandlungspflege in den Mittelpunkt Deiner Arbeit, einschließlich Medikamentenmanagement, Verbandswechsel und der Begleitung ärztlicher Visiten
- Du arbeitest eng mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen sowie weiteren Berufsgruppen zusammen und trägst gemeinsam zum Reha-Erfolg Deiner Patient:innen bei
- Du koordinierst den Pflegeprozess von der Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung und sorgst dafür, dass alle Beteiligten jederzeit gut informiert sind

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
