Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Patient:innen und begleitest sie durch ihren Therapiealltag – mit Zeit für Gespräche, aktive Beziehungsarbeit und persönliche Unterstützung
- Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und entwickelst ein Gespür für die Bedürfnisse und Belastungen unserer Patient:innen
- Du übernimmst die Patient:innenaufnahme sowie die pflegerische Dokumentation und unterstützt bei Bedarf in der Behandlungspflege
- Du koordinierst organisatorische Abläufe rund um die Versorgung unserer Patient:innen, beispielsweise bei der Therapieplanung und im Medikamentenmanagement
- Du bringst deine Einschätzung und Eindrücke aktiv in den Austausch mit Ärzt:innen sowie Therapeut:innen ein und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Behandlungserfolg

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
