Was erwartet dich?
- Du gewinnst Neukunden für unsere Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Reinigung und Facility Management.
- Du baust nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen zu deinen Kunden auf und pflegst diese strategisch.
- Du analysierst die Bedarfe potenzieller Kunden und entwickelst passgenaue, individuelle Angebote.
- Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen eigenständig und bringst sie zielsicher zum Abschluss.
- Du behältst den Markt und Wettbewerb in der DACH-Region im Blick, um neue Potenziale zu identifizieren.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Operations, Bid Management und der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um den Vertriebserfolg sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im B2B-Umfeld, in Facility Services, Sicherheit oder Reinigung
- Mit deiner Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke überzeugst du auf allen Ebenen und baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
- Eine unternehmerische, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und die nötige Reisebereitschaft, um Kund:innen vor Ort zu betreuen.
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
