Was erwartet dich?
- Als Kernaufgabe implementierst und integrierst du unsere Videokonferenz-Lösungen direkt bei unseren Kunden in ganz Deutschland
- Du übernimmst die Installation und Konfiguration unserer Software in den Kubernetes- und Docker-Umgebungen unserer Kunden und sorgst für eine reibungslose Inbetriebnahme
- Im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support analysierst und behebst du technische Störungen und arbeitest bei komplexen Fällen eng mit dem 3rd-Level-Support zusammen
- Du agierst als zentrale technische Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Produktentwicklung und nimmst bei Bedarf Anpassungen mit Skriptsprachen wie Bash oder Python vor
- Du stellst eine hohe Qualität sicher, indem du deine Implementierungen, Konfigurationen und Supportfälle sorgfältig dokumentierst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit Linux (z. B. Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL) als Betriebssystem
- Du bringst Praxiserfahrung mit Container-Technologien (Docker, Containerd) und Orchestrierung mit Kubernetes mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Implementierung, im Betrieb oder in der Fehleranalyse von Webanwendungen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und bist bereit, für Kundeneinsätze in ganz Deutschland zu reisen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Videokonferenz- oder Real-Time-Communication-Systemen (z. B. WebRTC, LiveKit, SIP) und Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen wie Bash, Ansible oder Python

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
