- Du gewinnst Partnerunternehmen und identifizierst neue Leads, die du proaktiv über verschiedene Kanäle ansprichst
- Du entwickelst bestehende Kontakte weiter und baust dir einen eigenen Kundenstamm auf
- Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kund:innen und findest passende Lösungen mit echtem Mehrwert
- Du steuerst den gesamten Sales-Prozess – vom ersten Kontakt über das Closing bis zur Kundenbetreuung auf dem Event

- Du hast erste Erfahrung im B2B-Sales oder eine starke Motivation, im Vertrieb durchzustarten
- Du hast den Willen zum Erfolg und Spaß an aktiver Ansprache, telefonisch und über digitale Kanäle, sowie Freude am Netzwerken
- Du bist kommunikativ, überzeugend und hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, bleibst dran und denkst lösungsorientiert
- Du hast Lust, Ziele zu erreichen und auch mal zu übertreffen
- Du verfügst über sehr gutes Deutsch (C2) und gutes Englisch (B1, B2)

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
