Was erwartet Sie?
- Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Ceramill-Kunden bearbeiten Sie technische Anfragen im Help-Desk-System und stellen eine zeitnahe Lösungsfindung sicher.
- Sie analysieren und lösen technische Herausforderungen rund um unsere CAD/CAM-Systeme, sowohl für unsere Kunden als auch in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und Field Service.
- Sie dokumentieren und bearbeiten Kundenreklamationen sorgfältig und begleiten den gesamten Prozess bis zur erfolgreichen Klärung.
- Durch die Analyse von Kundenfeedback und die Durchführung von Testkonstruktionen leiten Sie wertvolle Verbesserungsvorschläge an die Produktentwicklung weiter.
- Sie pflegen und erweitern unsere Wissensdatenbank, um Lösungsstrategien für wiederkehrende Anfragen effizient bereitzustellen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine zahntechnische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, wie zum Beispiel Erfahrung im CNC Bereich
- Sie besitzen Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD/CAM Systemen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine sehr hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus
- Sie sind bereit, Ihr Wissen kontinuierlich bezüglich neuer Technologien und Materialien im CAD/CAM und PC/Netzwerk Umfeld auszubauen
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Hard- und Software sowie gute Kenntnisse bei MS-Office Produkten
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
