Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Analyse zentraler Vertriebskennzahlen wie Umsatz, Marge und Preisentwicklung und nutzen dafür Daten aus unserem CRM-System Salesforce.
- Sie entwickeln unsere Reporting-Landschaft aktiv weiter, indem Sie aussagekräftige Dashboards in Power BI konzipieren und die Datenvisualisierung für das Management optimieren.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsteam erstellen Sie die monatlichen Reports, Forecasts und Ad-hoc-Analysen, die als Grundlage für die operative Steuerung dienen.
- Sie übersetzen Ihre Analyseergebnisse in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen und präsentieren Ihre Erkenntnisse regelmäßig dem Sales-Team und der Geschäftsführung.
- Sie wirken bei strategischen Vertriebsprojekten mit und unterstützen das Business Development dabei, neue Wachstumspotenziale zu identifizieren.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen
- Sie verfügen über relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Sales-/Vertriebscontrolling oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle, bevorzugt im medizin-/technischen Umfeld
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Vertriebskennzahlen, Preislogiken und Margen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, Salesforce, und haben gute Kenntnisse in Power BI
- Sie besitzen analytische Stärke verbunden mit einer eigenständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
