Die Eingruppierung der ausgeschriebenen Stelle erfolgt voraussichtlich in Entgeltgruppe 10 TVöD. Je nach einschlägiger Berufserfahrung kommt bei Einstellung regelmäßig eine Zuordnung zu den Stufen 1 bis 6 in Betracht.
Neben dem Tabellenentgelt werden weitere tarifliche Leistungen nach Maßgabe der genannten Tarifverträge gewährt, insbesondere eine Jahressonderzahlung beziehungsweise Sparkassensonderzahlung (bis zu 13,8 Gehälter). Zusätzlich ist derzeit eine erfolgsorientierte Komponente vorgesehen.
Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Sparkassenfachwirt oder eine vergleichbare weiteren Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Privatkundengeschäft
- Sie haben eine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sie sind bereit zur Fortbildung und Weiterentwicklung
- Sie haben Freude am Verkauf und Erfolg
