Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust die Bewohner:innen unseres Wohnparks in Apen eigenverantwortlich und trägst so direkt zur Steigerung ihrer Lebensqualität bei
- Du erstellst individuelle Therapiepläne, setzt dabei gezielt Methoden wie die manuelle Therapie ein und förderst so die Mobilität und Selbstständigkeit der Senior:innen
- Du leitest mit viel Freude Präventionsgruppen und aktive Bewegungseinheiten in unserer Tagespflege und stärkst damit nachhaltig die Gesundheit der Gäste
- Als wichtige Ansprechperson berätst du unsere Tagespflegegäste sowie deren Angehörige fachkundig und empathisch
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unserem interdisziplinären Team aus Pflege, Betreuung und Ärzt:innen, um die bestmögliche Versorgung sicherzustellen

Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut (m/w/d) und bringst gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Therapiemethoden mit
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit neurologischen oder geriatrischen Patient:innen – dies ist aber keine Voraussetzung
- Die Arbeit mit Senior:innen und der fachliche Austausch im interdisziplinären Team bereiten dir Freude
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
